Projects & Achievements

Pili Nut Cracking Machine – Best Thesis Project

Designed a mechanical cracking system using rolling cylinders with adjustable blades to improve pili nut processing efficiency. Modeled components using Solid Edge CAD software and conducted force analysis (1.48–1.60 kN) for optimal cracking force.

Built structural frame (885 mm × 400 mm × 360 mm) and evaluated prototype performance. Awarded Best Thesis recognition for innovative design and consistent cracking results.
